Yesterday we flew to Chicago to begin our holiday in the USA. Chicago was cold, wet and windy.
This morning the weather was still cold but at least the rain had gone. We started our Route 66 journey in traditional style with breakfast at Lou Mitchells, a traditional Route 66 restaurant and landmark.

Chicago was cold and grey but this photo gives a flavour of the city.
After breakfast we visited the Museum of Contempory Art which was very interesting with a wonderful gift shop. Admission is free on Tuesdays which was great, shame it cost $17 to park the car!!

Well this is a surprise, off on your travels.....
I hope you have an inspirational time and come back with tons of images for creating.
